Data Warehouse
AllFon was the main architect involved in designing and implementing an Oracle data warehouse for one of the largest school districts in the country. AllFon lead the way through the entire systems development life cycle, including requirements determination, system structure and design, implementation, and maintenance.
Business Process Redesign
AllFon was responsible for redesigning several faulty processes at the School District of Philadelphia. The team met with many executive-level sponsors, researched all aspects of many flawed systems, designed new processes using industry-leading knowledge, expertise, and methodologies, and presented the findings to management with recommendations for implementation.
Training
AllFon’s training methodologies are second-to-none. We have fine-tuned our training package after leading dozens of end-user and train-the-trainer training programs. AllFon has lead training classes between 3-5 users and 30+ users in various applications, including an online report card system, a serious incident management system, Oracle Discoverer, and an online spending resolution system.
Technical Writing
AllFon’s technical writing methodologies are top-notch. We have produced training documentation in the form of user manuals, requirements documentation, and department/system operational documentation for several different clients. The document-creation process encompasses the entire life cycle: research with developers/managers, document design with review along the way, and final review and edits with everyone involved.
Student Information System
AllFon provided the School District of Philadelphia a detailed review of their current student administration processes to assist the District in identifying process inefficiencies that hindered each school’s ability to focus resources on instruction. In addition, AllFon helped to create a Request for Information (RFI) targeting Student Information System vendors, evaluation of SIS software, and the development of a cost-benefit analysis.
