Since founding Allfon in 2000, Roya has demonstrated Corporate Strategy, Planning, strategic vision and leadership skills by successfully growing Allfon into a multi-million dollar company with an emphasis in client satisfaction. She has guided Allfon as a startup toward greater profitability, and helped translate client visions into executable plans that deliver results. Under Roya Hosseinion’s Leadership, Allfon has metamorphosed from a small consulting firm to providing integrated business, technology and process solutions on a global delivery platform.
Roya Hosseinion has over twenty years of experience in computer and business management, establishing strategic partnership, software programming, personnel training and hardware improvement and updates.
Prior to founding Allfon, She started a nonprofit organization called ASIAN AMERICAN EDUCATION FOUNDATION to improve the quality of education for students by increasing access information, software and technology, available electronically.
Ms. Hosseinion is a great communicator and motivator with the ability to plan and execute strategies, develop market opportunities and manage her resources to produce profitable and consistent growth. Roya is a member of Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).
Ms. Hosseinion earned her BS in Business Administration with a Minor in Computer Science from the University of Texas in Dallas.

Allfon contributed to the success of Gwinnett County Public Schools through our PeopleSoft technical expertise and our Organization Change Management expertise. Allfon assisted Gwinnett County Public Schools—and IBM—with Gwinnett’s implementation of the AISPeopleSoft solution by providing technical resources for Phase 1a of the District’s project.
Allfon has assisted Orange County Public Schools in data analysis and integration services. Working with our partner, IBM, Allfon supported and led the data driven decision making strategy. Enabling Orange County Public Schools to develop an effective data governance program was a key element of our work.
